Is this A Booking Plugin?
We are back already with another huge update to the Divi Contact Form Helper plugin! As you know, we already had over 50 settings, but we are losing count now! This update makes this a grown up contact form with a new list of forms on the site. It also makes it feel like a full booking plugin, just wait until you see all the features! I am excited to announce this huge update! Please take a look at the video, write up, and changelog to see everything that is new.

New Features
Forms Admin Page
The Divi Contact Form is growing up! Now it acts even more like a regular form plugin with it’s very own page showing a list of all the forms on your site! That’s right, now you can view all the contact forms in one location in the backend admin area. This page shows a list of the forms plus the form ID, how man views it had, number of submissions, conversion rate, and more!
- ID/Title
- Number of Entries
- Number of Views
- Number of Unique Views
- Conversion Rate
- Unique Conversion Rate
- Last Entry Timestamp
- View Entries Link
- Export CSV Link
- View Form Link
Views and Unique View Of Contact Form
The plugin now tracks if visitors to your site view the form. It shows this visitor count in the new Forms menu in the dashboard. You can see how many views are unique, since some visitors may view the form more than once.
Contact Form Conversion Rate
Now that we have views, we can do basic math and calculate the conversion rate of the form. So if you have 2 unique views, but only 1 form submission, then the conversion rate is 50%.
Collect User Agent Details
This is for GDPR, so please note this! This new setting in the Submission Entries toggle can be enabled to collect information from the user submitting the form such as IP Address, Browser, and OS. In the previous versions, the form collected this by default without any setting, but now we have included the setting, and it is OFF by default. Please note when you update, it will turn off until you manually turn it back on if needed.
Show/Hide Form Title After Submitting Form
In the default module, if you have the Title Text enabled and submit the form, the form hides and shows the success message. But the form title stays there. Kind of weird! So now we have added a setting, so you can choose to hide the contact form title when a visitor submits the form.
File Upload Labels
We love giving you full control of customization, so we added these settings to write your own custom text for each of these fields. This is also a great way to use your own translations to your site language. You can customize the labels for the Accepted File types, Max file Size, and No Files Chosen.
Show/Hide Label For Checkboxes/Radio Buttons
We added options to Show Label in version 1.1, but then realized Checkboxes and Radio Buttons field types were the only fields that had the label shown by default. So now we have added this same setting to Show Label (or rather turn off to hide) when the Checkboxes or Radio Buttons field type is selected.
Disable Week Days
This setting enables you to disable days of the week from the date picker. Visitors on the frontend will not be able to select dates if they are on the days of the week that are checked.
Disable Past Days In Date picker
Most of the time, you would not want visitors to select a date in the past, so this new setting disables the selection of dates that are before the current date. It’s nice to have it optional, because some users may need this, depending on what the date is about.
Fixed Or Relative Minimum Dates
If you want to limit which dates can be selected, you can choose either Fixed or Relative as the Minimum Date Type.
If you choose Fixed, then you can enter a fixed date to set a limit for the minimum date that can be selected. Set 0 for today.
If you choose Relative, then you can enter a negative or positive number relevant to the current date to set a limit for the minimum date that can be selected. For example -3 or +10.
Fixed Or Relative Maximum Dates
If you want to limit which dates can be selected, you can choose either Fixed or Relative as the Maximum Date Type.
If you choose Fixed, then you can enter a fixed date to set a limit for the maximum date that can be selected. Set 0 for today.
If you choose Relative, then you can enter a negative or positive number relevant to the current date to set a limit for the maximum date that can be selected. For example -3 or +10.
Available and Unavailable Dates
These settings allow you to set either specific dates that are available or unavailable to be selected. If you have a few dates that are available and the rest are not, then you would use the Available Dates setting. If most dates are available but only a few are not, then you would use the Unavailable Dates setting. You can enter as many dates as you want separated by commas. Keep in mind, the date format would be the same format as you have set for the field in other settings.
Minimum And Maximum Times
These settings allow you to enter the minimum and maximum times which can be selected.
Available and Unavailable Times
These settings allow you to set either specific times that are available or unavailable to be selected. If you have a few times that are available and the rest are not, then you would use the Available Times setting. If most times are available but only a few are not, then you would use the Unavailable Times setting. You can enter as many dates as you want separated by commas. Keep in mind, the time format would be the same format as you have set for the field in other settings.
Time Steps
Enter the number of minutes to set the interval between the available times that can be selected. If you want to allow dates every 30 minutes, you would enter 30, or 15 for 30 minutes or 60 for every hour.

Improvements
Confirmation Reply-To address
Previously, if you replied to the confirmation email, it would have replied to the general site admin email address. Now it will reply to the Admin Email Address added to the module.
Placeholder Field Improvements
The Placeholder field will now only show if the Hide Placeholder setting is set to NO. Along with this, we moved the Placeholder field below Hide Placeholder setting.
Textarea Minimum height
The default minimum height for the Textarea Minimum Height setting was 150px, but we noticed it was not able to be lower, so now you can use any value.
Field Icons Position
When adding icons to the fields, they were not at the best position as they could be, so we adjusted their default position.
Locale Direction RTL
We added a new setting to set the current locale right-to-left (RTL) for the date/time picker.
Theme Check
Our plugin always checks to make sure Divi is installed first before it can be activated. But we forgot about the Extra Theme! It worked fine with Extra, but since the check didn’t know that, it said it didn’t, so that is fixed. We also now check for the Divi Builder plugin, as well as the Divi Ghoster plugin.
Bug Fixes
We are always improving the plugin by making minor bug fixes and code improvements. You can always check the plugin changelog to see the details.
Documentation
As with all of our products, every setting and feature of the plugin is well documented! Go check out the plugin documentation area for a full list of the settings, guides for all the settings, and all the other usual resources like FAQ, changelog, and roadmap.
