The Divi Contact Form Helper includes several automated and recurring features accessible through Divi > Theme Options > Divi Contact Form Helper>Automations. One of these essential features is the Auto Delete Entries option, designed to help you manage your contact form entries efficiently by automatically removing old or unwanted submissions.
Auto Delete Entries
This setting enables the feature to automatically delete the contact form entries after a specific number of days. After this setting is enabled, additional options appear below it to configure more options.
Delete Entries Type
This option allows you to specify which types of entries should be automatically deleted after the selected number of days. Only the entries of the types you enable will be deleted, while others will remain stored in the database. You can choose from the following:
- Read: Automatically delete entries that have been marked as read.
- Unread: Automatically delete entries that remain unread.
- Trash: Automatically delete entries that have been moved to the trash.
Delete Entries After Number Of Days
Use this input field to specify the number of days after which the selected types of entries should be automatically deleted. For example, if you enter 14, all entries that match the selected criteria (e.g., read, unread, or trashed) will be deleted 14 days after they are received.
