Using The New Divi Layers View
Elegant Themes continues to put out updates to their tool, and I know for a fact they won’t be stopping anytime soon. This new update with version 4.4 introduces a new efficiency feature in the Divi Visual Builder called Layers View. This new setting allows you to quickly navigate, view, arrange, and edit everything in your Divi layout with just a few quick clicks. In this video tutorial, I’m going to show you how to use the main features of the new Divi Layers View.
There Are Many Reasons To use The Divi Layers View
- View the page structure
- Search for elements in the layout
- Filter elements by type or module
- Quickly navigate up and down the layout
- Rearrange items in the layout
- Edit, duplicate, or move items quickly
- Save to library quickly
- Extend or copy styles bewteen elements
The new settings are found in the Divi Visual Builder in the bottom right hand side of the page. Here is how the new Layers View modal looks:
The video is a normal paced walk-through of the new Layouers feature, as opposed to the upbeat promo videos from Elegant Themes.
