Family News
Our oldest daughter Abrielle turned 4 years old in July, and had her friends over for her birthday party. Her best friends happen to be children of our best friends, so that works out well! The warm weather kept us inside a lot this month, except for an occasional swim or run in the sprinkler. We enjoyed a camping trip to the northern part of Pennsylvania with my parents and brother’s family, and appreciated the 5-10 degree cooler weather than home, which was nice! We always find the best playgrounds, and went swimming in the lake all 3 days. Bike riding and chalk art are also our favorite things to do. We had several new friends from church over for the day on Sunday, which was nice. We are getting ready for two of Tashia’s sisters getting married in the next 7 weeks, so there is planning and lots of things keeping her busy with that.

NEW: Introducing The Divi Search Helper
I am excited to introduce the Divi Search Helper, a new plugin from Pee-Aye Creative. This is our 12th plugin so far! Upgrade the existing Divi Search module with all the missing features provided by our addon with new design settings, advanced search criteria options, and improved search result pages. Note this is not a new search module, but rather a hack that upgrades the existing Divi Search module with additional features. Take a look at our huge list of features! To see the module in action, check the live demo and download the free demo layouts! Be sure to scroll down through the product page and watch the full video to see all the features, and I hope you enjoy!
Plugin Updates
We released 4 plugin updates in July, all important improvements with a few new features here and there.
Divi Events Calendar Update 2.7.1:
Along with a lot of fixes and improvements, we also added tags to the Events Feed module and map size settings to the Events Page module.
Divi Responsive Helper Update 2.3.6:
We added a new feature to render scripts inline, and added translation support for the settings! We also squashed a lot of bugs.
Divi Contact Form Helper Update 1.5.4 & 1.5.5:
Fixed an issue with line breaks in rich text formatting, and made important changes to the date picker date format, allowing it to work with other languages and solved an issue with selectable dates on the first page load.
Divi Carousel Maker Update 2.1.3:
A big change here – we updated all terminology to “Slides” instead of saying “Modules” or “Column” to refer to them. This is due to the evolution of the product. Slides is more intuitive, and considering that slides can be sections, rows, or modules.
Many of you were involved in a discussion in our Divi Teacher Facebook group about our new plugin which is coming soon! The feedback was amazing, and it was very helpful as we are finalizing the codebase and product pages for our upcoming flagship product.
Our product family is also expanding this month into the broader world or WordPress, with several new brands launching in August. We will update you about those when they are released, and in our next newsletter.
