Family News
It’s been a beautiful month of May in Pennsylvania, with lots of rain (we need it) and sunshine in between. Our family enjoyed a lovely short road trip to Philadelphia, visiting the zoo, children’s museum, LEGOland Discover Center, and Morris Arboretum. All were great, and it was a nice mental break for us in the middle of a lot of work stress. We are in the season of life of finding all the best playgrounds along our journey, which is always fun. For some reason, Tashia and the girls love jumping on the trampoline in the rain. We also realized we could make ice cream with three ingredients, which is fantastic. We also celebrated Tashia’s birthday, and she went on a girls’ shopping trip while I helped my cousin strip paint off a concrete floor (not fun) while the girls spent the day and grandmas taking care of 9 dolls 🙂

Product News
Here is all the product news for this month!Â
Divi Plugins
In May, we made excellent progress on many of the plugins. We are actively developing and preparing Divi 5 beta releases of many of our plugins (see below). That has been the focus of all our attention, and it doesn’t make sense to add new features to existing plugins right now, so there isn’t much to report. However, that will change soon, and the coming months and years are going to be very exciting.
SurelyWP Addons For SureCart
We introduced the B2B For SureCart addon in May, with some amazing features:
- Improved Catalog Mode Options
- Wholesale Pricing by User Role
- Wholesale Product Visibility Restrictions
- Flexible Inquiry Form Builder
- Built-In Messaging System
- Quote Builder
- Inquiry & Quote Tabs in the Customer Dashboard
WP SiteLauncher
The month of May was busy for WP SiteLauncher, our feedback and collaboration plugin for WordPress freelancers and agencies. We released 5 plugin updates with 120 new features, improvements, and fixes! You can view the release notes to keep up to date.
Behind The Scenes
Divi 5 Progress
We are pleased to announce that many of our plugins are available for beta testing with Divi 5! Please be sure to check the new “Divi 5 Compatibility” doc in each plugin documentation area. This is where we will continually update details and share the status and notes about that particular plugin.Â
Divi 5 Compatibility Guides:
- Divi Assistant
- Divi Contact Form Helper
- Divi Events Calendar
- Divi Taxonomy Helper
- Divi Social Sharing Buttons Maker
- Divi Dynamic Helper
- Divi Responsive Helper
- Divi Table Of Contents Maker
These all have a beta version available to test with Divi 5, but please check the notes in each plugin’s docs before testing.
You can also check our dedicated Divi 5 page for general status updates and links to each of those individual plugin docs.
As I said before, we are still waiting on Elegant Themes for several key things before we can move forward with any official and final releases.
Child Themes Are Retired, Except In The Membership
As a reminder if you missed it last month, all of our child themes have been retired as standalone products and are now considered legacy items. We are no longer offering individual purchases for any of our child themes. All legacy child themes are now only available through the Divi Adventure Club membership. While you’re welcome to use them as part of the membership, please note they are provided as-is and are not actively updated. If you’d still like access to the child themes, you can get it (along with everything else we’ve created) by joining the Divi Adventure Club membership.
New Plugin Soon Releasing!
We are completely done with our first new plugin specifically for Divi 5! I’ll try to get it officially released this month, and will send an email about it. It is pending our new universal plugin UI, which we will unveil very soon in all of our plugins. It’s going to be really nice and helpful.Â
We have other new plugins in progress as well, but are pending on some things from Elegant Themes.
After we release Divi 5 updates, it’s going to get exciting as we start working on the backlog of new features for each plugin. Also let us know if you have ideas for new addons, specifically with Divi 5 features in mind.
it would be great if the accessibility part of the Divi Assistant could be it’s own separate plugin…
Hi Nancy,
I appreciate the feedback, but we have no plans for that, as there are dozens of factors that led to this decision and it makes the most sense in general for us and the majority of customers. At some point we need to draw a line and combine common admin tools used by most users (Divi Assistant) from specially tools only used by some (like Divi Dynamic Helper for example).
