Family News
May has flown by, phew! We have had lovely weather and so much fun. A highlight for us was a day trip to Lake Tobias Wildlife Park and Safari with friends. It was a cool day, and all the animals were very active, including roaring lions and dancing ostriches. And an outing is never complete without finding the best playground in the area for the girls. We have officially perfected our homemade ice cream recipe. Tashia celebrated her birthday with some close friends and her mini coffee bar, and later she requested to go to Mission BBQ. We went with Tashia’s entire family on a mini day trip for breakfast and a stop at Cabela’s for her dad’s birthday. We enjoyed a gorgeous evening of disc golf with my cousins and another lovely game night with friends playing Ticket to Ride: Pennsylvania.Â
Divi News
In May, Elegant Themes released more bug fixes and some new features. Some highlights include the new image aspect ratio settings and five new modules. You can check their two release posts here for more details:
They have also teased their new Divi AI Agent, a chat mode that lets you use natural language to build with Divi! It looks pretty cool, and if you have used any vibe-coding apps like Lovable, it will feel like a similar approach, except this is using the actual Divi features and modules, which is a huge win for Divi.

Behind The Scenes
Recognition
I’m incredibly honored to read this LinkedIn post from the original Divi guru, Geno Quiroz! His feedback is so ironic, as he is the one who inspired me to create Divi resources.
Podcast?
My friend Peter and I (the owner of Divi Engine) are considering starting a low-key video “podcast” (for lack of a better word) to talk about life, Divi, WordPress, AI, building websites, the economy, family, etc. I also had conversations this month with a graphic designer about AI, and I wish it were recorded and could have random people with different backgrounds like that on to talk. Should we do it?
Healthy, More Resources Coming
This month, I finally felt fully healthy mentally again after the past few years of extreme pressure and anxiety, and financial strain from the Divi 5 transition. While the invoices are still months behind, and the debt is crushing, I feel better about the future and have been making a lot of new Divi content. I am working hard and taking my time to get it right on a new course for Divi 5. I’ve been enjoying making videos again, and the feedback I’ve received has been very encouraging.
Visibility Is Hard These Days
As with anyone online, I am struggling with visibility. AI is changing many things, including search. I am open to all ideas from any experts who want to work with me on creative ways of reaching the people who need the tools we create.Â
I have been optimizing all my content for SEO and GEO, especially my solutions, which I haven’t talked much about, but are basically separate plugin feature pages that are designed for discoverability by search engines and AI chats.
More To Come!
Pretty soon, I will be sharing news about some other products, but good things take time. Until next time, have a wonderful June, and let me know if you need anything!
