Family News
It’s no secret that Tashia and I love fall, and October is our favorite month of the year. That’s why we chose October to get married 8 years ago! We did what we love best, went camping to Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania. We went with two other families, close friends who also have little ones around the same ages as ours, so everything works out perfectly. The weather was just right for strolling along waterfalls and drinking coffee by the campfire. Then the next weekend we visited the cabin with my extended family, and the next weekend spent a day at Harper’s Ferry riding on the C&O Canal trail with another family who also planned to go camping but couldn’t, which made up for it. Abrielle loves riding her bike and went all 8 miles peddling her tiny bike, while Reiah cruised in the wagon. We also experienced a first, going to a courthouse for an adoption! Our friends officially adopted a cute little girl, and it was so special to be there. I also invented a party card game MIMIC MANIA – tell me, would you play it or buy it if I made it a product on Kickstarter? Inspiration from Abrielle, we unofficially play this all the time!

The updated version of Divi Table Of Contents Maker will continue to work with Divi 4, but you can now also use it with Divi 5. Moving forward, all new features will be added to the Divi 5 version only. This update also introduces our new Universal Divi Plugin Interface, which all our Pee-Aye Creative plugins will be adopting.

Our First Addon For Fluent Plugins Is Available Now
If you missed it last month, we are creating addons for the Fluent plugin ecosystem. Our first addon Fluently Toolkit is available to purchase now! We are using FluentCart, of course, to sell the plugin that extends FluentCRM, FluentCommunity, and even FluentCart. Please feel free to check out our first addon, stop by and suggest a feature, or just sign up for our email list to stay informed.
So Much Happening At SurelyWP
This past month has been crazy. We have completed two huge releases of our Product Table feature in the B2B for SureCart addon, and the Milestones and Revisions update for our Services for SureCart addon. These are both huge, but we have even more ready to release next, like a Save For Later feature and a big rebrand of our Discounts addon to Marketing, going live in the next day or so. Then a lot more to come. So if you are using SureCart, or are curious, go check out SurelyWP!
Behind The Scenes
Divi 5 Plugin Beta Progress – Crossing The Finish Line!
In October, we continued working hard on converting our plugins to Divi 5. We released two plugins for Divi 5, and expect to release several more in November if all goes well. We did face a huge setback. The Divi 5 Beta broke a lot of things, and we had no prior warning. We are already 65k in debt over this (which would be much higher without the amazing continue support from you) and had to spend an additional week dedicated just to updating the changes that Divi made. So instead of making real progress, we had to clean up the changes. It was very frustrating, and I am sharing this opening to help you understand my mental condition. It’s been extremely stressful literally rebuilding everything from the ground up the past 2-3 years. I have spoken with other developers who are feeling exactly the same way. But, we are getting there, though, and we are truly crossing the finish line on many things that I don’t want to dwell on the negatives. I made this commitment to Divi 5, even as others abandoned customers, and am here to stay, and I deeply appreciate your support and kindness through it all. You are as affected as us, and even the team at Elegant Themes is affected, and doing their best, and I keep both of these things in mind. We are going to make it. It so close now. Let’s do this together!
Most of our plugins are available for beta testing. We’d love to hear how it’s going! If you encounter any bugs, please report them using the new “Divi 5 Beta Test Bug Report” option in our main support form. We keep the files updated frequently, so be sure to download the latest copies from the community when testing.

Well, Nelson, I am pretty happy to see that things are on their way. Also I understand that this was and probably still is a long way for Elegant Themes and you from Divi 4 to Divi 5.
It is good to learn that Pee-Aye Creative is so busy working on all the great plugins to enable us to build better websites. Choosing Pee-Aye was a good decision.
Thanks, Nelson!
Thank you Anke, I appreciate that!
Hi Nelson
Regarding the battle and effort for converting all your amazing plugins to Divi 5 – thanks for sticking in there. Good vibes from Copenhagen to make it pass the finishline.
Thank you Kenneth, I appreciate the encouragement!
