Open the Divi Builder and edit or add the Divi Table Of Contents Maker module. Go to the Advanced tab, open Scroll Effects, and set Sticky Position to Stick To Top to keep the Table of Contents visible as visitors scroll through the page.
Next, go to the Content tab and open Header Settings. You'll find options such as Collapse When Sticky, Allow Collapse/Expand, Collapse To Icon Only, and other settings that give you control over how the Table of Contents behaves when it becomes sticky or is collapsed.
