With this feature, the process of submitting forms becomes more user-friendly. Visitors can easily download a PDF of their submission right after they complete the form, which adds clarity to their experience. This small change can significantly improve how users perceive the reliability of your forms.
Open the Divi Builder and select or add the Divi Contact Form module. In the Content tab, find the Submission PDF options and enable Generate PDF Of Submission.
Once enabled, the Show PDF Button option will appear. From there, you can choose View, Download, or View & Download, then save your changes.
When a user submits the form on the live site, the selected View and/or Download buttons will appear in the success message. This allows users to view or save a copy of their submission immediately.
