Do you offer support?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products and offer fast, friendly, and helpful support for any technical issues or questions you may have when using our products. After browsing for the answers in the specific product documentation area, you can contact us via our support page.
Do you offer one-time lifetime purchase options?
Yes, we offer lifetime purchase options for each of our plugins (all child themes are lifetime). You can select the lifetime option in the price selection section of each of our plugin product pages. Our lifetime options are more expensive than the annual plans, but they allow you to avoid subscriptions if that is what you prefer.
Will there be future updates?
Yes, we are famous for our continual feature and improvement updates! I would highly recommend checking the changelog located in each plugin documentation area to see our continued commitment to actively developing new and exciting features for each of our plugins. If you have ideas for new features, be sure to let us know!
Do you have any discounts or sales?
In general, we don’t have any promotions, discounts, or run any sales. We take a different approach to marketing, instead of nagging you with promotions, we let the plugins speak for themselves and carefully price our products at a fair value. Most people tell us our prices are too low. The only exception we make is at Black Friday/Cyber Monday when we run a sale for about 7 days for 25% everything, but that is the only exception, and we even call it our “One-A-Year Sale”.
